as we host award winning author/illustrator duo Sean Bryan and Tom Murphy! They'll be sharing their latest book - The Juggling Pug - an amusing tale, told in wacky rhymes and witty illustrations, about a talented and mischievous Pug. Irresistible! The book is best for ages 3 - 6 but the whole family, as always, is welcome!

 Come Celebrate Our Favorite Valentine! Fancy Nancy is Back! When Fancy Nancy has to miss her best friend's Butterfly Birthday Bash to attend her grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary, she's furious (mad is too plain for how she feels)!But she gets a surprise
lesson in fancy from her grandparents. Looks like fancy runs
in the family after all!

 Join Larchmont's own Amalia Hoffman, storyteller and award winning illustrator and author for a book signing, music and sing along, and a hamentaschen baking demonstration! A delicious treat from her lovely book Purim Goodies.
Of course we'll be serving hamentaschen! Amalia even shares her recipe in her delicately illustrated and delightful tale of two troublemaking young maids who can't resist the aroma of freshly baked Purim pastries.

Travel back to the days of castles and kings!
Saturday, March 1st 2-4 pm
 Meet author Nancy McKenzie, already well known for her Arthurian tales for adults, as she launches Guinevere's Gift, the first book in the Chrysalis Queen Quartet for young adults.
A prophecy foretold Guinevere would one day be highest lady in the land, wed to a great king. But 13 years past the day of her birth, Gwen is anything but queenly, and nobody takes the prophecy seriously-especially not Gwen.
When she stumbles across a sinister plot that she alone might be able to prevent, Guinevere begins to realize her destiny is more complex than it seems-and this is only the beginning.
This thrilling story is intended for ages 10 to 14 but, as always, the entire family is welcome. Those in costume (think Renn Faire - although did you know that Arthurian legend is actually from the Dark Ages?) get to go to the head of the line for the book signing!

Come to our after school Gift Wrap Party! Scholastic, The Voracious Reader, and generous customershave provided the books, wrapping and trim. You provide the giving spirit and gift wrapping skills.
